What is the Fanatec steering wheel adapter used for?
The adapter converts the Fanatec QR bolt pattern (71mm) to the standard bolt pattern (70mm). With this adapter, you can mount a 70mm steering wheel—from EvoSim or other manufacturers—onto your Fanatec QR1 or QR2 quick-release system.
Available plastic are anodized aluminum version as well.
- Plastic: Heavy-duty design with pressed-in threaded inserts – definitely choose this one for the QR Lite, as it features the mounting point for the QR's FFB limiter tab.
- Anodized aluminum: Provides a minimalist look
If you want to use any aftermarket steering wheel with your Fanatec base, then the one available from us... On a steering wheel emulator You will also need a thread adapter like this.
Compatible with both QR1 and QR2.
Accessories: 6 x M5x10 screws and washers for mounting your QR to the adapter.
